My name is Cameron Ryals, and I am currently pursuing a Master's degree at Florida State University, where I am affiliated with the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering. I am originally from Panama City, Florida, where I have also been actively involved in theatre performance and technical production. My academic and research focus lies in robotics, specifically in biologically inspired locomotion. I currently work in the CISCOR Lab, contributing to the design and development of various robotic systems. I have hands-on experience with a wide range of manufacturing methods for building small- to medium-sized robots and have worked on several projects involving bioinspired movement. While I am considering continuing my studies at the Ph.D. level, my primary interest is in advancing robotics research, whether in academia or industry.
